LINCOLN COMMONS
Lincoln Commons - Lone Tree, CO
Lincoln Commons is a 14.5 acre retail development located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Belair Excavating began working through budgeting and design with Opus in November 2007. After numerous plan revisions and value engineering exercises, Belair was awarded the project in October 2009. The project consisted of a very aggressive schedule, yet municipality approved drawings hadn’t been issued. Belair and Opus worked together to acquire an approved set of plans and were able to start construction in January of 2010. Despite weather impacts and an ever changing scope due to property sales, Belair was able to finish the project without delaying other construction trades and meeting the expectations set forth by Opus.
