Project Synopsis: Cell 6c-2 cell construction—earthwork and leachate piping. The work was roughly a 10 acre expansion of the existing cell. Included liner tie in to the existing cell, leachate collection system and storm water management. Import of the sand drainage layer and clay berm was also part of the scope.

Project Facts:
